Hampton's Summer Schedule

From the 4th of July to Labor Day Weekend we will be sweating IN-PERSON in the HAMPTONS! Check out our new class that will take place at the LIFTED Studio for Small Group Strength Training! Hurry to reserve your spot!

RIDE
Meet Holly at: The Clubhouse

Our partnership with Comeback Cycle will bring you state-of-the-art equipment for the best outdoor cycling experience!

We will be outside in a big field that has some shade! Keep an eye out for the LIFTED signs.

Once you’ve entered the Clubhouse and parked, head straight back to the last parking lot - you’ll see bikes!

Bring your own towel and shoes if you have them, if not you can borrow them at The Clubhouse. The bikes have metrics and are compatible with both SPDs and Delta looks clips.

In the event of a light drizzle, please assume classes will proceed. If you have not received a cancellation notification email, please expect that we will be running a class. In case of rain, you will receive an email no less than 2 hours in advance and your reservation will automatically be credited for later use.

You will be prompted to create an account with Comeback Cycle. You can then reserve a single class or a class pack to take rides with Holly all Summer!

HIIT

Live & In-Person at the LIFTED Studio! This is a small group strength training class that will take place indoors - make sure to bring water!

SUNDAYS Meet Holly at: The Clubhouse
174 Daniels Hole Rd, East Hampton, NY 11937

Class will take place on the big grassy field to the right of Crazy Shake & the stage - behind the indoor tennis courts.
If you’re a little lost, please ask someone to direct you to the big grassy field! LIFTED direction signs will guide you to the right spots!

Bring your mat, water and towel, no worries if you forget them, you can buy them.

In the event of rain, we will hold classes at the LIFTED STUDIO located at 35 Kings Point Road. This is an indoor/outdoor studio. If this location doesn’t work for you we can either refund you or save you a spot in the following week’s class.

Get ready to build strength, burn calories, and get out of the gym and into nature!
Bring your bathing suits and boards are available for rent. 

If you are looking to spend your weekend on the water instead of on land, join Jennifer Ford for LIFTED On The Water. Put your core to the test with a paddleboard HIIT workout. Don’t have a paddleboard? No worries, paddleboards are included! ;)

Bring your bathing suits and get ready to build strength, burn calories, and get out of the gym and into nature!

Click link below for Paddle Diva class schedule. Select the class labeled LIFTED On The Water and you will be prompted to create a profile with Paddle Diva. Go for it, it's easy and quick. You will have the option to either buy a single class (with paddleboard included!) or a class pack to swim and sweat with Jen all Summer!
