Holly's Story
Holly studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science, has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has earned over a dozen international certifications covering nutrition and various methods of training.
She is a Nike Master Trainer, a Best Selling Author, a Motivational Speaker, a Red Bull athlete, a founding Flywheel Instructor, and star of Bravo’s Workout New York.
Her life and work experience inspired her to create LIFTED: a holistic and transformative program designed to be accessible and to give you the tools to realize your goals, not only in relation to physical fitness but also in your personal and professional life.

Holly has more than 20 years of experience and has earned over a dozen of international certifications covering nutrition and various methods of training. Jennifer
has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years.
Jen is also a Reiki practitioner, certified aromatherapist and holds degrees in Secondary School Education and Applied Positive Psychology. Her coaching program combines all her areas of expertise. Jennifer is the founder of Bent On Learning, a non-profit that has brought yoga to underserved public schools in the New York City area over the past 20 years.

Meg
has an extensive background in running, strength training, and cycling, with master certifications in each of these fields. She is also a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor.

Jen
is a former field athlete, Jennifer sustained multiple injuries and discovered Pilates during post-rehab. She trained employees and athletes at Nike’s World Headquarters and she is STOTT Barre and STOTT Pilates certified.
Pilates & Express Recovery

Meaghan
has a holistic approach that emphasizes the importance of the mind, body, and soul connection. With years invested in the fitness industry together with her NASM certification, Meg motivates her clients to transform both physically and mentally into the strongest version of themselves.
